What is available? Bank Guarantee, BG, Standby Letter of Credit, SBLC, Blocked and Reserved Funds Confirmation

Irrevocable bank instrument, issued by a major world bank in Europe.

Limitation of use: For enhancement purposes

General Procedure and Guidelines

1. Formal application by client followed by the agreement to the terms and execution of contracts.

2. Provider issues invoice for the bank fees and transmission charges*.

3. Settlement by the applicant within 3 days. These charges are fully refundable if the applicant complies with his duties as to paragraph 5. The fees are forfeited if the client does not comply with payment of the leasing fee for the instrument.

4. Provider will deliver the BG/SBLC via bank confirmation SWIFT BG/SBLC MT760 followed by hard copy of the instrument.

5. Applicant pays the total leasing fee** within 7 days after the instrument was received and confirmed.

6. Upon payment of the total leasing fee the bank fees and transmission charges (as to 2. and 3. above) are refunded to the applicant/client.

7. 14 days prior expiry of the instrument it has to be returned to the provider unencumbered.

* typically between Euro 25,000 and Euro 100,000

** depending on risk rating of the transaction: between 7% and 9% p.a.
